The Ripple logo mark is consistently being used synonymously with the cryptocurrency XRP, creating confusion between the company Ripple and the digital asset. The challenge was put out to the community to develop a new symbol so everyone was invited to submit and vote. The work represents the bar of excellence, attention to craft and ability to extend the application across web, brand, and environmental experiences. I led the development of this timeless and memorable symbol to contribute an idea to the many symbols that were submitted and the community voted for this! It launched in 2018.

IMPACT: This is an open source symbol for anyone to use and contributed to the crypto community at large. XRP is among the top 5 cryptocurrencies in the world.
